Great read today from Andrew Klavan regarding the new media. Mainstream media types this week have fretted about lack of "filters" and one even called internet journalism "terrorism."
3:35p Andrew will be on with me on WAPI FM.
Washington Post columnist said on Face the Nation last Sunday that internet journalism (because it doesn't have that liberal editor filter) is like "terrorism." See it for yourself.
Here is another one for you. When libs get together they talk to other libs like on the Chris Matthew's weekly show on NBC. Here, lib Joe Klein says comments made by Sarah Palin and Glen Beck are close to being "seditious."
I've got one for you Joe. How about what Thomas Jefferson said about "tyranny." Jefferson said "Tyranny was when the people FEAR the government." Well, a few weeks ago, a Rasmussen poll had 64% of Americans saying they FEAR the government. This week, the Pew Research poll showed an 80% majority do not TRUST the government. So, which is closer? Palin and Beck committing "sedition" or the current politics leading us toward "tyranny?" You figure it out.
Former Colorado Congressman Tom Tancredo who has been a champion on the issue of illegal immigration told an audience in Greenville, SC this past weekend during a tea party rally that we should send "Obama back to Kenya." He based his comments on Michelle Obama's recorded words that she and Barack went back and visited "Barack's home country." Which is it? If Kenya is B.O's home country, then he is not eligible to be President under the "natural born clause" of the U.S. Constitution.
Of course, the brilliant are in the U.S. Senate.
Story out of Washington today says Iranian missile could hit US by 2015. We saw the President act irresponsibly last week in the so-called Nuclear Summit. All that was going on was a planned "ambush" of Israel's nuclear weapons program by the Obama administration and islamic nations. Fortunately, Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu bailed out of it before the ambush happened. We will be talking about the move away from supporting Israel by this administration and the concern of a nuclear Iran.
Two guests today on those subjects.
4:35pm et. James Hutchens. He was the first U.S. chaplain ever wounded in Vietnam. He is President of JerUSAleum connection.
5:05p et. Lee Boyland will join me. Lee is a nuclear weapons expert during his time in the U.S. military. He is a frequent speaker, lecturer and author of three books detailing how the terrorists could attack the U.S.
